Martha Williams is a woman who turned her passion into purpose. After years in the corporate world, she envisioned a space that blended movement, mindfulness, and community. In December 2023, she opened Pedal Works Café & Studios in Kingston, Ontario — a unique hub offering Spinning® classes, yoga, a cozy café, and an art gallery.

Martha’s journey began at 17, when she used the money from an essay contest to buy her first road bike. Her love for cycling deepened over the years, leading her to become one of only three Spinning® Master Instructors in Canada. Her classes focus on visualization, meditation, and science-based techniques, offering a mindful approach to fitness.

Beyond fitness, Martha is an accomplished artist. Her watercolors have been featured in media outlets, and her café showcases local art, creating a vibrant space for creativity and connection. At Pedal Works, Martha has cultivated a welcoming environment where people feel at home. Whether you’re cycling, practicing yoga, enjoying a coffee, or admiring local art, Martha’s vision of community and well-being comes to life.
